Big News!!!!

We have a BIG announcement to make: Kate is going to be a BIG SISTER!!!

That's right! We are expecting baby #2 in September! I know Kate is probably too little to really understand what is going on, but we are so excited!

A Day with Daddy

Today is Daddy's "Off Friday" so he's joining us to play at Gymboree!

Playing at the Park

Kate took a little nap in our bed this afternoon. When she woke up we decided

to take a walk to the park! It's a little chilly outside, but not too bad.

I keep this little ladder tucked away in the kitchen so that I can reach the top of the shelves for plates and bowls. I had it out and open today and Kate thought it made the perfect chair for her afternoon bottle!

Playdate at Avery's House

Our playgroup, the West Cobb Little Darlings went over to Leigh Anne & Avery's house for a playdate! Thanks so much for having us over today...we had lots of fun!

I love that all the kids are starting to play together now and really get excited to see each other! And us mommies, well we enjoy that they play nicely so that we can chat and drink coffee!

DAVE!

When "Uncle" Dave comes to town, Kate is a very happy little girl! Dave isn't someone who upon meeting you would immediately think a 'kid person,' but despite first impressions, kids LOVE him! I don't mean to say that he isn't friendly, he just isn't someone who strikes you right away as a preschool teacher. But for Kate, it was love at first sight! :)

Happy Birthday Ethan & Dylan!

This afternoon we headed out to celebrate with a couple from our old Community Group. Whitney & Roberto's twin boys are turning TWO! Happy Birthday Ethan & Dylan!

Their party theme was farm animals...complete with their own ponies and petting zoo!
