4 Year Anniversary

Sherry's Baby Shower

It's almost time for our babies to arrive!!! Sherry is having a C-section with Miss Ava in less than 4 weeks so Apryl & I threw her a baby shower! We had lots of fun decorating and planning the day, and a great time celebrating with one of our best friends! We are so excited for you guys! Sophie, you are going to be a great Big Sister!!!

So, Jon is gone, I'm 7 months pregnant alone with a 21 month old, and I wake up to find my mailbox run over! Thank God for great friends!!! I had no clue how to fix this, but my good friend Apryl has a very helpful husband who was willing to come to my rescue!

Thank you sooo much Chris!

Not even an afternoon shower will stop Chris from finishing this project.

Zoo Atlanta

It's almost time to say goodbye to Myra & Andrew. Kate & I have LOVED having them with us and are sad that is coming to an end already. But, before we let them go, we are taking them on one final outing...to the Zoo!

Kate's favorite animal right now is the Elephant!

We went to an Animal Encounters bird show.

Kate was a little nervous at first, but with Andrew by her side, decided it was safe.

Then they decided to BE the Birds!

Let's Play Outside

Myra needed to get a little work done, so we headed outside to have some fun!

I love how well Andrew plays with Kate....and she LOVES it!

Kate first decided to try out the sandbox in the backyard.
That was fun for a little while, but Andrew wouldn't get in and play!

I've had enough....get this stuff off!!!

Gymboree Play & Art

Kate has art and play classes at Gymboree this morning,

so of course we brought cousin Andrew along!

Waiting for art, they first found the giant chalkboard.

Kate & Sopie are working hard on their tissue paper collages!

Once art was over, it was time for PLAY!

Kate looks forward to this time more than most anything else.

Gymboree is seriously one of the best creations for toddlers!

Let's stop for a quick lunch at Panera Bread before heading home!

Centennial Olympic Park

Today Kate & I decided to take Aunt Myra & Andrew into downtown Atlanta.

Our first stop...The World of Coke!

Time for the 3D movie!

After touring the museum and drinking lots of yummy and some not so yummy Coke products, it is time for a picnic in Centennial Olympic Park! Afterwards, we ran over to the dancing fountains!!!

Chuck E. Cheese

Kate & I have been looking forward to a special visit from Jon's sister Myra and her son Andrew! I know Jon wishes he could be here too, but we sure are going to have fun with them this week!!! To begin, Kate & I brought them to one of our favorite lunch spots:

We also invited Sherry & Sophie to come along for the fun!

Despite being surrounded by toddlers and preschoolers, I think Andrew had fun!

Georgia Aquarium

Grandma & PawPaw came back into town with us after speaking in Columbus yesterday.

We took Kate to the Georgia Aquarium and had so much fun!

Kate was amazed by all the giant fish and we all had fun watching her!

The Farm

Other than playdates and classes at Gymboree, Kate & I aren't too busy right now. So, when Grandma told us that she would be speaking in Columbus, GA, we loaded up the car and headed over to meet her and PawPaw! This afternoon Grandma will be speaking at a Women's Club meeting at "The Farm." This place is great! There were animals and lots of room to RUN!
